Overnight Artesian Bread
This Over Night Bread is so simple and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
- 1 1/2 tbsp Warm water
- 4 Cups All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups + 1 1/2 tbsp warm water, flour, yeast, and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon until there is no dry flour.
- Cover with a cloth and let rise over night.
- In the morning, uncover dough and pour onto a floured surface.
- With floured hands, gently stretched dough to one side and fold over. Then repeat on the other side. Then pull the corners on the dough together at the top to form a ball.
- Place dough into a parchment lined bowl and let sit. Score the top with a knife.
- Place a Dutch oven into your oven and preheat to 500 degrees F.
- Once preheated, removed the dutch oven and place on the stove. Gently and carefully place the dough, with the parchment, into the dutch oven.
- Cover and place back in the oven. Turn the temperature to 450 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove bread from the oven and allow to cool. Then enjoy!
