A simple spring favorite.

We love asparagus, and it grows like crazy at the cottage. But let’s be real—everything is better with bacon.

This simple bacon-wrapped asparagus is a recipe I come back to over and over again. It’s fresh, simple, and has such a beautiful spring feel.

There’s something special about bringing in vegetables straight from the garden and turning them into something this easy and satisfying. The asparagus stays tender with just a little bite, while the bacon crisps up perfectly in the oven, adding that salty, savory balance that makes this dish hard to resist.

It’s the kind of recipe that works for everything—weeknight dinners, holiday tables, or as an easy appetizer for gatherings and spring entertaining. Simple food, real ingredients, and a flavor combination that never gets old. While we’re in the garden-fresh mood, these zucchini fritters are another easy appetizer everyone loves.
