Cranberry Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 100% pure no sugar added cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • pinch red pepper flakes, or more if you're feeling spicy
  • whole cloves
  • 1 can sliced pineapples
  • 1 4lb ham

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • For the glaze, combine the juices, water, brown sugar, and the pepper flakes.
  • Simmer on the stove until the glaze thickens.
  • Score the top of the ham in a diagonal pattern to create a diamond shape, then insert whole cloves into the intersections.
  • Place the pineapple slices over the top of the ham.
  • Once the glaze has thickened, pour about half of it over the top of the ham, reserving the rest to baste while the ham is heating.
  • Cook the ham at 350℉ for about an hour or until the center is hot.
  • Remove from the oven and cover with foil, allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
