
Cranberry Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 100% pure no sugar added cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- pinch red pepper flakes, or more if you're feeling spicy
- whole cloves
- 1 can sliced pineapples
- 1 4lb ham
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- For the glaze, combine the juices, water, brown sugar, and the pepper flakes.
- Simmer on the stove until the glaze thickens.
- Score the top of the ham in a diagonal pattern to create a diamond shape, then insert whole cloves into the intersections.
- Place the pineapple slices over the top of the ham.
- Once the glaze has thickened, pour about half of it over the top of the ham, reserving the rest to baste while the ham is heating.
- Cook the ham at 350℉ for about an hour or until the center is hot.
- Remove from the oven and cover with foil, allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
