Add sugar to the warm water, sprinkle the yeast over the water, and allow to bloom(foam up).
Add the oil, salt, and eggs and mix well.
Stir in 6 cups of the flour, mixing well.
Add 2-3 more cups of flour until the dough can be kneaded.
Using the remaining flour as needed, knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.
Return the dough to the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350℉
Butter 1 9x13 pan and 2 pie plates
Divide into 36 balls and place 20 rolls in the 9x13 pan, 8 rolls each, in the 2 pie plates.
Bake at 350℉ for 20 minutes. Top with melted butter when you remove the rolls from the oven. Serve and enjoy.
