Make the pie crust
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
On a lightly floured parchment paper roll the pie crust out into a 15 inch circle
Mix the berries, sugar, arrowroot, cinnamon and lemon juice
Pour the berry filling into the center of the crust leaving a 2 inch border
Gently fold the edges up over the filling, overlapping the dough as you go
Brush with heavy cream and sprinkle with turbinado sugar
Bake until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly 25-30 minutes
Allow to cool before serving
