This recipe is so much better than any sauce you can buy in the store. It takes a couple of minutes of hands on time and 15 minutes to simmer. So good!
Ingredients
2Tbsolive oil
2Tbsflour
3Tbschili powderI buy it in bulk
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1tspcumin
1/4tspsalt
1pinch of cinnamon
1tspapple cider vinegar
2cupchicken stock
Instructions
Add the oil and flour to a pan and bring to a boil on medium heat
Add the spices to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes while whisking
Pour in the broth all at once while whisking continuously
Add the apple cider vinegar, reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Use as you would a canned sauce for enchiladas. Makes approximately 2 cups.
