Place warm water, melted butter and sugar in a large bowl, mix and sprinkle yeast over the top. Let the yeast bloom (get foamy) 5-10 minutes.
Add 1.5 Cups of flour, salt and seasonings, mix well add remaining flour.
Pour onto floured cabinet and knead for 5-8 minutes adding more flour if to sticky.
Put back in bowl and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and divide the dough into 12 balls, form into 6 inch ropes, place on greased baking sheet and let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan to a bowl, mix well.
Remove bread sticks from the oven, brush with butter and parmesan mixture
