This is a rich creamy chocolate frosting with a hint of espresso
Ingredients
1 1/2cupbutter
1cupunsweetened cocoa powder
5cupconfectioner's sugar
1 1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
3ozmilk
1ozespresso or robust coffee
Instructions
Cream together butter and cocoa powder
Add espresso to milk
Add 1 cup of sugar to butter mixture and combine well, add 1 Tbsp of milk mixture and combine well. Continue with remaining sugar and milk until all of the sugar and milk have been combined.
Add vanilla extract and mix well
Add more milk or sugar if need for ideal consistency
